Delete Account Guidelines

Please note that direct account deletion via the app is not available. This measure is in place to ensure that all rental assets are returned and all associated obligations are met before an account is permanently removed.

If You Wish to Delete Your Account:

  1. Ensure all rented assets have been returned and any pending transactions are resolved.
  2. Contact our support team at baeforus@gmail.com with your deletion request.
  3. Our team will review your account status and, upon verification of all requirements, process your account deletion on the backend.
